franchisepirate[Much in this hodgepodge of a city is not only unfamiliar, but beyond Westley's imagination. No great matter, he's no stranger to the impossible, and there isn't much to fear considering his current status of deceased. Not a status he's planning to accept easily, mind, since he has quite a life waiting for him back home. It'll be less some of this bewitching strangeness that is actually quite lovely but far richer in true love. In the meantime, however, he'll make his fortune here, be it monetary or otherwise.]
[And so he sets off, wearing his customary black clothing, less several bits of shirt thanks to his adventures in the fireswamp and Humperdinck's Pit -- favors he means to repay as soon as reasonably possible. He's seeking, generally, a port or a blacksmith, but so much here is worthy of attention that he's decided it's forgivable to dilly-dally a bit.]
Fascinating, [he declares, his sight set on a transportation machine, or so it would seem, which is meandering through the area. He doesn't hide his awe, though he's far from a wide-eyed simpleton about it, and always he's aware of his surroundings, assessing any threats as they appear.]
[He did see the stables, but has decided to scout things properly before stealing a horse. Likely it would be better to have somewhere to escape to after, at the least.]
